Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assesspatients' physical, emotional, and social needs to developpersonalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeuticactivities and interventions to help patients regain or improvefunctional independence.
- Educate patients andcaregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies toenhance daily living.
- Collaborate withphysicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcareprofessionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patientprogress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans asneeded.
- Ensure compliancewithall state, federal, and facility regulations, aswell asprofessional standards of practice.
- Adapt quickly to newclinical environments and provide compassionate,patient-centered care.
