RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Outpatient level of care for nursing home eligible older adults with responsibilities of completing some assessments and interventions within the home based on the participants needs. 
  • Manage 5-6 patients per day

  • Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

  • Patient population: Ages 50+
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Occupational Therapist (OT)

  • Preference for candidates with geriatric experience

  • MOT or DOT required

  • Compassionate clinicians with a genuine passion for elder care

  • Strong communication and patient-centered approach
