Salary: Salary placement shall be made by the Board or the Board designee and is commensurate with education and experience pursuant to the APT Negotiated Agreement. Qualifications
- A current and valid Illinois Department of Finance and Professional Regulation License for Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
- Maintain a professional license
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate support for the vision, mission, beliefs, and goals of District 202
- Uphold and demonstrate compliance with established laws, regulations, District 202 policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate compliance with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation OT Practice Act or PT Practice Act
- Demonstrate compliance with Recommended Practices for Occupational and Physical Therapy Services in Illinois Schools (ISBE 2003)
- Demonstrate compliance with a medically licensed personal contract
- Demonstrate an understanding and perform within the Evaluation Framework as adopted by Plainfield School District 202
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, to ensure the efficient and effective function of the work unit

Physical Requirements
- Perform the physical tasks necessary to monitor, supervise, and physically assist students throughout the school day during a variety of instructional activities
