Occupational Therapist Partner Success Manager

To ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing success, the full-time Occupational Therapist Partner Success Manager will manage multiple partner accounts, serve as a bridge between sales, operations, and clinical teams, and drive program optimization through data analysis and proactive solutions. Key Responsibilities Maintain proactive communication with partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement Own visibility into key metrics indicating program health and drive strategic interventions based on performance analytics Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful program launches Required Qualifications Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential) 3+ years of project management, consulting, or partner/account management experience in healthcare Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations or program launches Understanding of healthcare payer operations, including Medicaid and managed care Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and program data
