Occupational Therapist Partner Manager

To support a growing healthcare practice, the remote Partner Success Manager will manage multiple partner accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing success while serving as a critical liaison between sales, operations, and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Maintain proactive communication with partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement Own visibility into key metrics indicating program health and drive strategic interventions based on data analysis Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful program launches Required Qualifications Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential) 3+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or partner/account management in healthcare Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations or program launches Understanding of healthcare payer operations, including Medicaid and managed care Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and program data
