Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each resident's unique needs and goals
• Conduct assessments, treatment sessions, and evaluations as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of each resident's progress and treatment
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
