Occupational Therapist – Outpatient

Join our multidisciplinary outpatient team as a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in hand therapy.

• Responsibilities include: evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments affecting work or leisure activities, developing treatment plans, and considering discharge needs.
• Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels, ensuring appropriate interventions.
• Provide assessments, consultations, and treatments following clinical guidelines and departmental policies.
• Support staff development, care delivery, and process improvements through participation in projects and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
