Job Description
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Analyze individual patient needs to devise personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional aspirations.
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers effective therapy techniques that support ongoing improvement at home.
  • Document and Monitor Progress: Observe clinical outcomes closely and adapt treatment plans as needed to maintain progress.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
  • Commitment to continuing education and post-graduate certifications welcomed and supported
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
  • NBCOT certification mandatory
