Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy programs that align with their personal functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Join forces with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide comprehensive and empathetic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families about treatment strategies to facilitate dependability in progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Observe clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans to keep patients on their path to success.

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education and certifications are welcomed and supported.

Certification Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is essential.
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.
