Your Role

In this position, you'll do more than just address symptoms—you'll work to restore daily routines, boost self-esteem, and reignite joy in daily life. Whether it's guiding stroke survivors through intricate motor skills rehabilitation or aiding orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you'll utilize your full expertise to deliver person-centric care that fosters resilience and independence.

This isn't just a job where you complete checklists; it's a setting where every patient's experience is a narrative, and each therapy session represents a critical progress point in their healing journey. You'll collaborate closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and support staff to co-create rehabilitation strategies that reflect the unique needs of each individual.

We pride ourselves on creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Our rehabilitation team goes beyond the standard clock-in clock-out routine — we uplift each other, share knowledge, and celebrate every milestone together, whether big or small. You'll find a workplace where you can make your voice heard, accelerate your growth, and witness the impact you have on patient lives every day.

And then there's the locale: Oakland, California, an area that boldly defies expectations and treasures the quest for discovery. The Ideal Candidate
