In this role, you will do more than just treat ailments — you will play a vital part in restoring routines, rebuilding confidence, and reigniting the joy of everyday life. Guiding stroke survivors through fine motor restoration or aiding orthopedic patients in recovering mobility post-surgery, you'll apply your expertise to provide personalized care that encourages resilience and independence.

This environment thrives on authentic connections, where every patient's story matters, and each therapy session contributes to a narrative of recovery. You will work intimately with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to co-create rehabilitation plans that resonate with the unique experiences of each patient.

We've cultivated something truly remarkable. Our rehab team goes beyond merely clocking hours; we rally for one another, share insights, and celebrate achievements — both large and small. Here, you'll find an atmosphere where your contributions are valued, personal growth is fostered, and your impact is felt every single day.

And as for the setting, Modesto is a city that offers a blend of urban convenience and close-knit community charm. Gone are the days of stark gray concrete — here you'll find a vibrant tapestry of parks, arts, and abundant fresh produce from local farms. Enjoy leisurely weekends discovering farmers' markets, savoring diverse culinary delights, and experiencing live music that fills the air with creativity and rhythm.

The culture pulses with life, from food trucks serving gourmet meals to art exhibits showcasing local talents. Modesto captures the essence of a vibrant community, where creativity and collaboration thrive hand in hand.

We want an individual who views occupational therapy as more than a profession — but as a calling. Someone whose heart swells with joy when a patient regains the use of their hand, walks with reduced support, or articulates a thought they once struggled to express.

Whether you're a time-tested OTR/L or an enthusiastic newcomer ready to make your mark, you will flourish in this role if you bring compassion, drive, and a deep respect for your work. If you're eager to harmonize high-quality care with a fulfilling lifestyle, you've discovered your ideal opportunity.

This is your call to be part of something that transcends a simple job title. Here, your efforts will touch lives, facilitate recoveries, and restore what's been lost — all in an area renowned for its unique balance of ambition and tranquility.

If you're ready to expand your horizons, contribute to a meaningful cause, and immerse yourself in a caring community — we would love to hear from you.
