Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individual therapy strategies that support their unique functional goals.

  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress outside of sessions.
  • Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor patient development and refine treatment approaches as necessary to stay aligned with their goals.

Education

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Opportunities for continuing education or advanced certifications will be supported.

Certifications

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
