Implement Therapeutic Practices: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and activities of daily living

Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care

Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families essential therapy techniques to promote continuous improvement at home

Monitor Progress and Adjust: Track clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatments to keep patients on the right track

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and welcomed

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

A genuine passion for supporting others in achieving their highest level of independence
