In this role, you'll transcend merely treating symptoms—you'll play a crucial part in restoring routines, rebuilding confidence, and reigniting joy in daily activities. Whether it's guiding a stroke survivor through fine motor rehabilitation or aiding orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be paramount in providing patient-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This is not a position that thrives on shortcuts or impersonal methods. It's a realm where every patient has a unique story, and each therapy session marks a new chapter in their journey to recovery. You'll collaborate closely with an array of professionals—therapists, doctors, nurses, and social workers—to craft rehabilitation plans that are as distinctive as each individual you work with.

We've cultivated something truly remarkable. Our rehabilitation team embodies a culture of encouragement, knowledge-sharing, and collective celebration of every victory, large or small. Here, you'll discover a workplace where your insights are valued, your development is a priority, and your contributions are evident every single day.

And then, there's the setting: Cincinnati, a city that charms and surprises. Imagine a place where the vibrant winds of culture and history flow through neighborhoods, where thriving arts districts and revitalized waterfronts beckon. You can explore the iconic sights, dive into culinary adventures ranging from traditional chili to gourmet food festivals, and immerse yourself in a community that's alive with creativity.

From parks offering scenic views and trail systems perfect for outdoor excursions to thriving local breweries and unique shops, the city pulses with energy while still affording you those quiet moments of reflection. Enjoy the balance of city life that allows for leisurely strolls through botanical gardens and vibrant street fairs alike.

We seek someone who views occupational therapy as more than a job, but as a true calling. The ideal candidate is someone who feels energized at the moment a patient experiences a breakthrough, whether that's regaining the use of a hand, walking with less assistance, or sharing a long-awaited narrative.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or a freshly minted graduate bursting with potential, you will flourish in this environment if you bring heart, grit, and a humble spirit to your practice. If the notion of merging exceptional patient care with an equally rewarding lifestyle calls to you — this is your destination.

Consider this your invitation to join a mission far beyond merely collecting a paycheck. Here, your work will help shape lives, fuel recoveries, and restore what has been lost. Do so in a region celebrated for its blend of ambition and tranquility.

Ready to grow, contribute, and anchor yourself in a caring community? We cannot wait to hear from you.
