LTC Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Worcester. You'll help residents regain skills and explore new ways to complete daily activities, with treatment guided by their goals and changing needs.
What You'll Do
- Assess residents' self-care abilities and functional limitations
- Build treatment plans focused on meaningful daily tasks
- Provide therapy for upper body function, coordination, and activity tolerance
- Introduce adaptive equipment and techniques when appropriate
- Document outcomes and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team

Qualifications
