Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independenceDocument progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current WY license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
