Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Delivering direct therapy in various functional settings using appropriate strategies.

- Documenting evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other reports accurately.

- Participating in professional development, program development, and mentoring students/interns.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
