Occupational Therapist
Location: Lafayette Township, NJ
(Open to New Graduates)
Job Type: Full Time
Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Patient Age Group: Geriatric Population
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to geriatric patients.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and ensure quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
  • Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
