Occupational Therapist

Schedule: Days, 12 hours, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in rehabilitative programs

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Participate in rehabilitation programs to improve daily living functions
• Provide services with a focus on quality and customer care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Document patient progress and outcomes
