Overview
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Hand Therapy (Contract) — Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy license
- Experience in hand therapy or upper extremity rehab preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
