Title: Occupational Therapist – Special Education Position Type: Part-Time (5 - 10 hrs/week) Location: Fairfax, VA

What the Occupational Therapist Does
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic occupational therapy services to students
- Develop and implement IEP-aligned occupational therapy programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, families, and LEAs
- Attend IEP meetings and related student meetings
- Provide individual, group, and classroom-based therapy services
- Complete evaluations, treatment notes, and quarterly progress reports
- Serve as a consultant and resource to staff and families
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapy license required
- Prior school-based or special education experience preferred
