Position Overview
Occupational Therapist at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka. This is a Per Diem role working 8‑hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
The Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing ongoing treatments designed to improve the patient’s functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience with Epic EMR.
