Occupational Therapist – Fremont, CA | Day Shift
Talented Medical Solutions is looking for a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a reputable healthcare team in Fremont, California. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a dynamic environment with consistent hours and a collaborative approach to patient care.
Position Details

  • Location: Fremont, CA
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (6–8 hours per day)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Productivity Requirement: 90%
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Rehab Optima is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality therapy to help patients regain independence
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
  • Active California Occupational Therapy License
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Strong time management and documentation skills
  • Prior experience with Rehab Optima preferred
