Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
~ Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
~ Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, home health, or post-acute care preferred.
~ Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.
