Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks an Occupational Therapist to support seniors and medically complex residents in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. In this resident-centered role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, ADLs, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, document progress, and contribute to a compassionate, dignity-focused care environment committed to recovery and long-term quality of life.
