Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks an Occupational Therapist to support seniors and medically complex residents in our on-site skilled nursing and rehab facility. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve safety, mobility, and independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and medical staff; document care thoroughly; educate families and caregivers; and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, recovery, and long-term quality of life.
