Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Experience providing 1:1 therapy sessions.
- Comfort and skill working with children who present a range of behavioral needs.
- Experience with Fusion EMR preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines including ABA, speech-language pathology, and mental health therapy.
Position Details
- Facility type: Outpatient pediatric-focused clinic supporting behavioral health services.
- Shift: Days. Typical schedule M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Flexible scheduling options available due to urgent need (3x12, 4- or 5-day options).
- Caseload model: Primarily 1:1 care; clinic may offer group therapy in some cases.
- Populations served: Infants, children, and early adults; not limited to early intervention.
- Clinic payer mix: Approximately 50% Medicaid.
- Locations hiring: Owensboro, Leitchfield, Vine Grove, Mt. Washington (KY).
