Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative care in a skilled nursing facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing therapy services to improve patients' strength, balance, and mobility
• Observing, documenting, and tracking patient progress
• Instructing patients and families on exercise techniques and equipment use
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment
• Adhering to healthcare and safety standards
• Participating in ongoing training to enhance skills

Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
• Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility and equipment handling
