Supporting Service Members in achieving meaningful daily life and mission-related performance, the full-time Occupational Therapist - Cognitive Performance will conduct cognitive performance evaluations, develop individualized cognitive plans, and implement evidence-based interventions in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive cognitive performance evaluations and identify cognitive barriers impacting readiness Develop and implement individualized cognitive performance plans and deliver group-based cognitive training workshops Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to synchronize performance plans and advise on cognitive readiness trends Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant consulting experience Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Minimum of two years of experience in cognitive rehabilitation or related fields Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license and NBCOT certification Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance within six months of hire
