Your Responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist
- Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program
- State licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary : $83,000 - $119,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
