- Provide one-on-oneOccupationaltherapyto older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care)
- Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
- Document effectively within FOX’s EMR systemin accordance withregulatory standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
- Provide telehealth / virtual care whenappropriate toextend access and flexibility

- Providing moderate to maximumassistancewith patient transfers and bed mobility
- Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model
