Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Occupational Medicine Physician to join an established, high-performing occupational medicine team in South Windsor, Connecticut. This 100% outpatient position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no weekends and no call, allowing clinicians to achieve an ideal work-life balance. Providers will practice within New England's largest integrated healthcare system while receiving strong clinical support and competitive compensation.

- 100% outpatient setting located in South Windsor, Connecticut
- Collaborative, team-based care model with optional academic involvement and faculty appointment available
- Clinical scope includes Workers’ Compensation, injury care management, pre-employment physicals, and regulatory compliance programs
- Integration with physical therapy and workplace rehabilitation services
- Utilizes EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI integration, HIPAA-compliant communication tools, and patient portal

Requirements
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
- BC/BE Preventative, Family or Internal Medicine
- Preferred: Medical Review Officer
