What You'll Do
- Collaborate with occupational health team to manage work-related injuries and illnesses
- Support staff in delivering occupational health services at a busy meat packing plant
- Develop and implement treatment plans for adult patients
- Perform procedures including joint injections, aspirations, suturing, splinting, and vaccinations
- Manage work restrictions, evaluations, and return-to-work cases
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as PFTs and lab results
- Maintain accurate documentation in OHM EMR system
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and clinical protocols
What You Need
- Active Michigan license; DEA certification
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- BLS and DOT/FMCSA certification
- 2+ years' experience in occupational injury and illness management preferred
- Strong skills in musculoskeletal procedures, medication management, and case collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
