Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 20-25
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
• State Licensure: Minnesota state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified, Department of Transportation (DOT)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks?
