What Occupational Therapist Team Lead will do:

• Lead OT staff, students, and program development.
• Stay hands‑on with patient care (assessments, care plans, therapy).
• Deliver individual and group therapy in a behavioral health setting.
• Collaborate across clinical teams to drive whole‑person outcomes.
• Mentor, train, and support team members.
• Help evolve and strengthen clinical programming.

What credentials the Occupational Therapist Team Lead should possess:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• ~5+ years of OT experience.
• Behavioral health or acute care experience (2+ years preferred).
• Active (or eligible) Colorado OT license.
• Someone who enjoys leading AND doing .
• Bilingual a plus.
