What Occupational Therapist Team Lead will do:
- Lead OT staff, students, and program development.
- Stay hands‑on with patient care (assessments, care plans, therapy).
- Deliver individual and group therapy in a behavioral health setting.
- Collaborate across clinical teams to drive whole‑person outcomes.
- Mentor, train, and support team members.
- Help evolve and strengthen clinical programming.
What credentials the Occupational Therapist Team Lead should possess:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- ~5+ years of OT experience.
- Behavioral health or acute care experience (2+ years preferred).
- Active (or eligible) Colorado OT license.
- Someone who enjoys leading AND doing .
- Bilingual a plus.
