Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks an Occupancy Specialist/Property Manager to support safe, affordable housing for vulnerable residents. In this role you’ll manage day-to-day operations of healthcare-related and supportive housing, ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other program rules, process applications and recertifications, calculate rent, and maintain accurate resident files. You’ll coordinate move-ins and move-outs, address resident concerns, oversee vendors, support inspections, and partner with service teams to promote housing stability, dignity, and community for residents in a mission-driven, faith-inspired environment.
