Board Certified Behavior Analyst Duties & Responsibilities
- Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months – 12 years
- Conduct assessments specific to client needs
- Develop ABA programming tailored to each client
- Manage time effectively for service delivery
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide training to caregivers
- Offer in‑home or community‑based wrap‑around services as needed
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience developing and implementing verbal behavior programming
- Ability to communicate with diverse audiences about ABA
- Experience supervising staff
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
- Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
