What You'll Do
- Provide in-house obstetric and gynecologic care during 24-hour shifts
- Manage approximately 694 annual deliveries, averaging 60–70 deliveries per month
- Support non-operative deliveries, primarily as a surgical first assist
- Collaborate with CNMs and pediatric hospitalists to ensure patient safety
- Utilize Meditech EMR to document patient care
- Cover labor and delivery units, handling complex cases as needed
- Participate in rounding, patient management, and emergency response
What You Need
- Active Florida Medical License
- Board certification in OB-GYN
- Enrollment in NICA
- Active FL DEA registration
- At least 2 years' recent experience as OB Hospitalist
- Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
- Ability to work 24-hour call shifts and handle high-volume deliveries
