Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a fast-growing practice in Perham, MN. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive gynecologic care within a multispecialty group setting. The position involves both clinic-based work and shared call responsibilities, serving a broad patient population.

- Multispecialty group practice including family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, psychiatry, psychology
- Service region of approximately 15,000 patients
- Outreach specialties available include Urology, sleep, dermatology, podiatry, cardiology, oncology, and nephrology
- Perham, MN, clinic is open M-F, 8-5
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit (if applicable to the setting)
- Evaluate, diagnose, consult and provide pre-, intra- and postoperative care necessary to correct or treat female patients of all ages presenting with injuries and disorders of the female reproductive system and the genitourinary system
- Provide nonsurgical treatment for disorders and injuries of the mammary glands

Shift & Schedule
- Call is 1 in 4, shared with Detroit Lakes OB/GYN (Sanford/Essentia)
- Potential outreach to New York Mills clinic
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
- Demonstrate competence and adequate volumes of experience to include 50 deliveries (including 5 cesarean sections) and 25 gynecological surgical procedures in the last 12 months
