Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetric and Gynecology physician to join their established OB/GYN Care team in Williston, North Dakota. This role offers the opportunity to become a premiere OB provider in the region, working alongside two OB/GYNs and two advanced practice providers. - Clinic is adjacent to the hospital (CHI Medical Center)
- 15 exam rooms with ultrasound and lab services conveniently located at the clinic

Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit (if applicable to the setting)
- Evaluate, diagnose, consult and provide pre-, intra- and postoperative care necessary to correct or treat female patients of all ages presenting with injuries and disorders of the female reproductive system and the genitourinary system
- Provide nonsurgical treatment disorders and injuries of the mammary glands
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation of $450,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
- H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available
- For recent residency graduates: provide residency procedure log and a list of completed rotations
- For applicants not directly out of residency: provide a quality profile from hospital(s) where privileges are held showing clinical activity for the last 12 months, including numbers of procedures morbidity, mortality, infection rates and other complications
- Must be able to demonstrate competence and adequate volumes of experience to include 50 deliveries (including 5 cesarean sections) and 25 gynecological surgical procedures (if applicable to privileges requested) in the last 12 months
