Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking enthusiastic OB/GYN Hospitalists to join their innovative OB/GYN Hospitalist Program in Sacramento, CA. Practice Info

• Three in-house OBGYN hospitalists on shift 24/7
• One Certified Nurse Midwife always on duty
• Close collaboration with available specialists: Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn Onc

• Stable, predictable scheduling with more than one OBGYN hospitalist on duty every shift

Responsibilities

• Manage births in partnership with Certified Nurse Midwives and support an active, high-acuity L&D unit
• Evaluate all non-labor patients presenting to OBED triage
• Admit and manage all unassigned ("no doc") patients when needed
• Perform GYN procedures and GYN surgeries as needed, ensuring smooth and timely inpatient care
• Partner closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to care for high-risk antepartum patients

Compensation

• 1.0 FTE Day Shift: $400,000
• 1.0 FTE Night Shift: $460,000
• Additional productivity bonus
• $50,000 Sign on bonus
• Relocation assistance of up to $20,000
• Residency stipend up to $3,000 per month
• Forgivable loan of up to $200,000

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Guaranteed 12-hour shifts (day and night with a nighttime differential)
• Full-time equivalence: 13 shifts per 28 days
