Practice Highlights

• Join an established team of 2 OB/GYN physicians supported by 3 Certified Nurse Midwives
• Approximately 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
• Bread-and-butter OB/GYN practice with access to robotic surgery (da Vinci)
• Approximately 24-35 deliveries per month within the practice
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while enjoying excellent clinical support

Call & Work-Life Balance

• Shared 1:4 call schedule
• Midwives take first call , with physicians serving as backup/second call
• Physicians are typically called into the hospital only 1-3 times per week (combined across the group)
• Weekend call is part of the regular rotation
• Post-call time off is provided to help maintain a healthy work-life balance

• Approximately 600 deliveries annually
• Level II NICU
• Dedicated CRNA anesthesia coverage
• 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist support
• State-of-the-art da Vinci robotic surgical system

Compensation & Benefits

• $425,000+ total compensation with a highly competitive base salary
• wRVU productivity incentive
• Sign-on bonus and/or student loan assistance
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• CME allowance
• 3% retirement match
• Malpractice coverage with tail provided for claims arising during employment
• Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• The practice welcomes Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians , including new graduates. H-1B sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
