Obstetrics Gynecologist

CompHealth is seeking an OB/GYN physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity. This role involves 24-hour call coverage, including weekends, with dedicated clinic hours Monday through Friday. The physician will manage a low volume of hospital patients and deliveries, performing comprehensive OB/GYN procedures including vaginal, C-section, and surgical GYN, as well as operative laparoscopic skills.

Practice Info

• 0 - 3 hospital patients per shift
• 0 - 4 patients seen per 24-hour call period
• 12 - 20 deliveries per month on average
• Certified Nurse Midwife on staff

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage daily including weekends
• Conduct 4 hours of clinic Mon - Fri
• Perform comprehensive OB/GYN procedures including vaginal, c-section, and surgical GYN
• Utilize operative laparoscopic skills for procedures such as ectopic, cystectomy, and ovary removal

Compensation

• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
