Weatherby is seeking an Obstetrician-Gynecologist for an inpatient-only role, providing 24-hour call coverage. This position involves managing a diverse patient load, including high and low-risk OB cases, C-sections, and complicated deliveries. The ideal candidate will be adept at performing and interpreting OB ultrasounds and handling admissions.
Practice Info
- Inpatient only
- 16 - 20 patients per shift
- 6 - 8 deliveries per shift
Responsibilities
- Provide in-house call coverage
- Manage admissions
- Handle high and low risk OB cases
- Perform C-sections, VBAC, and manage multiple births
- Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds
- Manage amniocentesis, forceps deliveries, abruptions, and complicated deliveries
