Obstetrics Gynecologist

CompHealth is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician for a locum tenens opportunity, focusing on making the process seamless for you. We handle all administrative details, including credentialing, housing, and travel arrangements, allowing you to concentrate on patient care. Practice Info

• Hospital call with a 30-minute response time required
• Average call volume: 2 - 3 phone consults and 2 - 3 patients seen per 24 hours
• Approximately 525 deliveries per year
• Low and high-risk OB, with high-risk patients transferred out

Responsibilities

• Perform vaginal deliveries
• Perform c-sections
• Perform VBACs
• Manage breech presentations
• Repair lacerations
• Perform laparoscopic gyn procedures including tubal ligation and ectopics
• Perform OB ultrasounds, including Level I viability and Level II anatomic

Compensation

• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
