Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join their established team at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit patients (if applicable to the setting)
- Evaluate, diagnose, consult and provide pre-, intra- and postoperative care necessary to correct or treat female patients of all ages presenting with injuries and disorders of the female reproductive system and the genitourinary system
- Provide nonsurgical treatment for disorders and injuries of the mammary glands
Compensation
- Annual compensation of $475,000 for a 1.0 FTE
- $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
- Demonstrate competence and adequate volumes of experience to include 50 deliveries (including 5 cesarean sections) and 25 gynecological surgical procedures (if applicable to privileges requested) in the last 12 months
