Practice Info
- Busy, established practice, newly remodeled with a growing patient base
- Large, experienced staff of 22 employees, including mammogram, ultrasound, and surgical suites
- Balanced caseload with an average of 35-40 patients per day and 40-60 deliveries per month
- Deliveries at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital
- GYN surgeries at HCA Highlands Hospital
- Work with a team of skilled midwives, APPs, and physicians dedicated to exceptional patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality OB/GYN care with strong clinical support
- Perform outpatient consultations, deliveries, and surgeries in a collaborative setting
- Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities within a respected, physician-led organization
Compensation
- Competitive First-Year Salary: $350,000 - $500,000
- Above-average base salary with productivity bonuses (opportunity to double salary in Year 2)
- $100,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunity
- Flexible Schedule: Approximately 2.5 days in clinic, 1 surgery day, 2 Labor & Delivery days (flexible scheduling available)
- Call Schedule: 1:5 weekend call rotation (Midwives take 1st call; Physicians take 2nd call from home)
- Flexible Work Options: Choose full-time or part-time, including 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off scheduling
