• Coverage Blocks:
- October 16 Äì18, 2026 - November 14 Äì15, 2026 - November 25 Äì30, 2026 - December 23, 2026 ÄìJanuary 4, 2027 - February 19 Äì21, 2027 - April 14 Äì16, 2027
• Shift Times: 7:00 a.m. Äì7:00 a.m.
• Schedule: Continuous 24-hour call
• Setting: Acute-care hospital and regional referral center
• Facility Size: 268 beds
• Patient Volume: Approximately 1 Äì5 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 Äì90 days
• Support: Established inpatient hospital staff
Requirements
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN
• Active Nebraska license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
• Ability to provide the complete dates for any selected coverage block
• Comfortable with the full scope of Obstetrics and Gynecology procedures
• Clean malpractice and professional history strongly preferred
Clinical Details
• Provide 24-hour OB/GYN hospital coverage
• Round daily on all patients admitted to the service
• Evaluate and manage new consultations
• Respond to the Emergency Department for precipitous deliveries
• Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Provide emergency gynecologic consultation and treatment
• Diagnose and manage conditions occurring throughout pregnancy and postpartum
• Perform major and minor abdominal and vaginal pelvic procedures
