REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Board Status: Board Certified (OB/GYN)
  • State License: Universal License (IMLC)
  • DEA: Required
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, ABLS
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-residency preferred
  • Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
  • Visa Sponsorship: No
  • Other Qualifications: EPIC proficiency, team-based care experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including low and high-risk pregnancy management.
  • Perform gynecological surgeries including open, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures.
  • Participate in a 1:5 in-house call rotation.
  • Supervise and support Family Medicine residents in OB triage and inpatient management.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated hospitalist and generalist group to ensure comprehensive patient care.
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Required:
    • Low risk pregnancy
    • High risk pregnancy
    • FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
    • OB Ultrasounds (Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability
    • Routine delivery (Vaginal, Decision-making for c-section)
    • Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's)
    • Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
    • Office/minor gynecology (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)
    • Surgical gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only (tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation), Operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
    • Laser certification
  • Preferred:
    • Level II/Targeted (viability)
