Responsibilities
- Join an established OB/GYN team of seven physicians
- Outpatient & Inpatient responsibilities
Compensation
- $455,000 guaranteed salary to start with, eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $713,000
- Immediate eligibility for a production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership
- Additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership goal
- Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
